Happy New Year from Holtville Unified School District! No School for Students on Monday, January 16th (MLK Holiday) or Monday, January 30th (Teacher PD Day)!

Welcome to the Holtville Unified School District. Our community of dedicated professionals is here to provide a world-class education to the children of our community. The HUSD has a rich history of ensuring that each child is given every opportunity to experience academic, social and emotional growth that will help them to become productive, positive contributors to society.

The definition of success in our District is based on the idea that each child, individually, has needs that must be met. In each of our fine schools, you will find programs that provide strong academic programs, individualized intervention programs, and programs that meet your child’s artistic, athletic and intellectual needs.

We will need your help in this endeavor. The HUSD is not just a school district. It is a community of parents, children, teachers, and citizens committed to schools that are safe, where learning is fun, and where a child’s personal confidence, self-esteem and vision can grow. Many of the unique qualities and programs that define each school have originated from a strong collaboration between parents, students and our staff.

Teachers, building and District Office Administrators, and I are always willing and pleased to talk with you to discuss concerns, hear praises, answer questions, or share thoughts that you may have regarding your child’s educational program. Parent perspectives and ideas are greatly appreciated and have helped improve our schools.

You can always reach me via e-mail at jledoux@holtville.k12.ca.us. I look forward to hearing from you.

Jon K. LeDoux
Superintendent
